You matched most expectations, except the call demo
Before purchasing, you promised me an easy onboarding experience and clear software navigation, which largely held true and I appreciate that. The training videos and the database feature explanations were mostly aligned with what I was told, making the setup fairly straightforward. However, what stood out was the initial call demo you provided—it was a bit different from what I had anticipated. The dialer behavior during the demo didn't fully reflect the smoothness I experienced later, which was a little confusing. It felt like the demo could have been clearer or more representative of the real tool’s user experience. Despite that, the actual software and training after sign-up met much of what you communicated, and I liked that your invoicing and payment process also worked without much fuss. Just the call demo part seemed slightly off compared to my overall experience.
