The software’s calling tools and dialer were generally reliable, which helped build my practical confidence. I appreciated that the automatic updates rarely disrupted my work, which made the experience smoother after the initial learning curve. You could improve the onboarding by adding more interactive elements or live demonstrations to reduce the amount of re-watching I had to do. Despite the intensity of training, by the end of it, I was able to navigate the software independently and felt ready. Your telephonic support was available when I needed extra help, and that added reassurance. I think the process was worth the effort, though a bit less complexity would make onboarding more pleasant for new users.
