I found the sales and pre-purchase experience quite good overall, but I have to point out you left a little to figure out on my own. The signing-up and payment processes were easy enough after the initial steps, and your invoicing seemed clear in most respects. Still, there was this one moment when I wasn’t quite sure how to access the detailed billing history or download invoices in the format I wanted. I did check the dashboard and support, but you didn’t exactly provide walkthroughs or direct guidance on that part, so I had to spend extra time exploring it alone. Other than that, everything else like pricing clarity and database feature descriptions were well presented. I just wish the invoicing and payment setup had a bit more upfront assistance instead of leaving me to figure it out after purchase. You have a strong offer, but this was the one area that could have been smoother from your side.
