However, I found myself needing to work out certain terms and charges on my own because some labels were vague, leaving interpretation up to me rather than explained properly. The payment options provided felt limited, pushing me to spend extra effort in figuring out which method suited me best. You did provide telephonic support, which I contacted about a few issues, but the guidance I received was general and not very helpful in cracking specific confusions. That said, the automatic updates to the billing system didn’t break anything, so that was a small relief. Overall, I would say the process is workable but you could make it clearer and simpler for customers so they don’t have to troubleshoot as much personally.
