You lost me before I started using anything
I tried to navigate your sales information and honestly, the wording and labels completely confused me. You seem to use a lot of buzzwords and terms that don’t clearly explain what the product actually does or what I’m signing up for. This made the whole pre-purchase process frustrating and I felt like I was just guessing. I ended up not proceeding further because I couldn’t figure out what I was buying or how the invoicing and payment system truly worked. The sign-up was not straightforward, and I wished there were a better way to contact support before purchasing. The lack of clarity in your descriptions simply put me off, and I couldn’t get a clear answer about which features come with which package. It’s disappointing because your software and training might be good, but the confusing sales approach meant I didn’t even get a chance to see that for myself.
