You left me to figure out too much myself
I must say, I found myself doing a lot of the work alone when using your software and onboarding process. It felt like you expected me to know more about setting up the call dialer and database features than I did. The training materials provided were okay but hardly sufficient to cover all the quirks I encountered. Whenever I called support, I was generally redirected or given vague instructions that I had to interpret on my own. That lack of clear communication made the entire setup drag out unnecessarily. The automatic updates came without warning or explanation, causing confusion about whether I needed to adjust settings manually. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment process were the only areas that went smoothly and without issue. Still, I believe you need to consider how much information and guidance you provide upfront. A lot of early-stage users will feel stranded as I did if you don’t improve your personnel involvement and guidance throughout the workflow. It’s not enough to just have functional software if users are left to piece together how to make it work for them. I wanted a seamless start but ended up learning by trial and error. If you want more satisfied customers, you need to reduce this guesswork massively. Right now, your support and onboarding assume too much prior knowledge and offer too little real help.
