You have streamlined the automatic updates well, so I didn't need to worry about version compatibility, which is a big plus. However, the onboarding process could be smoother; I noticed that compared to previous software, your setup demand a steeper learning curve. Also, some access permissions and navigation paths were not as intuitive as I expected, requiring me to spend extra time figuring things out. While the telephonic support was helpful when I asked for aid, I had hoped for a more proactive guidance during the initial days. You have clearly invested effort in reliability and functionality, but I think with a bit more polish on user experience and access clarity, this could stand out even more.
