That one-time setup gives a firm foundation with the calling tools, database, and dialer ready to use right after. However, the ongoing automatic updates and telephonic support, while useful, could be more transparent regarding frequency and potential impacts on my workflow. The invoicing and payment process was mostly smooth, yet I noticed that recurring billing details might need better documentation to avoid confusion. I appreciate the priority assistance, but clearer communication about what is a one-time step and what is continual help would improve user experience.
