You handled the dialing feature very well, though setup was on me
You did a great job making the software’s dialer tool reliable and fairly easy to navigate, which was the best part of my experience. However, a lot of the initial setup and figuring out how to organize my contacts was something I had to sort out on my own, without much step-by-step guidance. I think if you added a tutorial specifically about managing the database and syncing it with the dialer, it would improve the flow dramatically. Still, once I got past that, the calling and follow-up functionality really worked smoothly and helped me feel in control of my workflow.
