You get good tools but expect to learn a lot yourself

Using the WFHI software, I’ve found that while the tools are powerful, a lot of the functionality required me to figure things out on my own. The access setup was straightforward, but beyond that, many features weren't obvious at first glance. You do provide training materials, but they sometimes skip over practical nuances which I discovered only after trial and error. I appreciate that the calling tools and dialer are quite robust once you get the hang of them, and the database feature integrated well into my workflow after some customization. However, getting to that stage required persistent experimenting without much support proactively offered. On the positive side, automatic updates meant I didn’t have to worry about system maintenance. The sign-up and invoicing worked smoothly without issues. Would I do it again? Probably yes, but only with the awareness that you expect users to be reasonably independent learners rather than fully guided through every detail. If more interactive or personalized support was available during initial access, it would make the experience much more approachable. As it stands, it’s a functional toolset for those willing to invest the time themselves.
