You gave good training but need to be mindful of timing
You have provided quite helpful training sessions that fit well with my part-time working schedule. I liked how the modules were split so I could take them in smaller chunks without feeling rushed. However, sometimes the live training calls were scheduled at times that did not perfectly sync with the hours I actually work, making attendance quite difficult for me. The self-paced material is great, but I did miss some elements of real-time interaction due to this scheduling. On the positive side, I found the software easy to understand through your onboarding steps and the dialer worked well without much delay. The automatic updates also ensured I didn't miss any new features or fixes. Still, I wish the training timetable could be a bit more flexible or at least have sessions offered at multiple times to suit different working hours. Other than that, the overall support and materials feel very solid and I will continue using what you provide, hoping for improvements in training session timing.
