You expect support but still need to figure out quite a bit yourself
You provide a decent support setup, and I appreciate that the onboarding includes telephonic assistance which helped at the start. However, a significant portion of the learning curve was still on me. The instructions available were sometimes too brief, meaning I ended up spending a fair amount of time experimenting within the software to really understand how the calling tools and the database functioned within my workflow. Automatic updates seemed well managed and didn’t add complications, but figuring out the nuanced parts of the software required additional reading beyond what was offered by your support team. Payment and invoicing processes went smoothly, though I had to dig a little to confirm some billing details. Honestly, while your help gets users started, I feel like you expect too much independence after the first setup, which might be tough for those not familiar with remote workflow tools. There’s definitely room to enhance ongoing support to complement initial help, so users aren’t left to solve many issues on their own over time.
