You don’t seem to accommodate actual work hours fully

I’ve been trying to fit WFHI's software and training into my schedule, but it doesn’t quite align with the hours I actually work. The onboarding and training sessions tend to be set or updated at fixed times which fall during my busy hours. This makes it difficult for me to get the full benefit or ask questions in real time when the trainers are available. You expect users to follow certain workflows and schedules, but that doesn’t mirror the flexible timing most remote professionals need. The dialer and calling tools are designed well, though I find that the database feature lacks options to log offline work or calls made outside standard hours, which I frequently do. The software updates automatically, but sometimes it restarts or logs me off when I am actively working, disrupting my flow. Signing up and paying were straightforward, but the real problem lies in the timing and pacing of your provided materials and support. You should consider more adaptive scheduling or asynchronous training options to better fit varied individual work patterns. Without these, the software and services feel mismatched to what remote work often requires in practice.
