you don’t really know if setup is done for good or not
Honestly, I found the support and communication a bit lacking because I wasn’t sure how much of what I was setting up needed ongoing attention versus just a one-time deal. You explain the whole onboarding flow, but after that, it felt like I had to keep double-checking if my database and dialer were still correctly configured, which is a pain when you're just trying to get your work done. The training helped me initially but didn’t quite clear whether the software would require regular tweaking or if the automatic updates would handle everything seamlessly. The telephonic support was decent but often gave answers that felt like standard responses instead of truly easing my doubts. The invoicing and payment process was clear enough, but I wish the documentation had better details on the maintenance side of things. I felt like I was left guessing sometimes, which makes me hesitant about recommending this to a friend who wants a hassle-free remote workflow. It’s good for setting up, but ongoing reliability and support are less certain from my experience.
