I was expecting a much clearer sales process from you, with detailed explanations about what the software and training would include, but that didn’t happen. The pre-purchase information seemed promising but once I signed up, many features were missing or weren’t as described. The sign-up and invoicing flow wasn’t smooth either; it made me question whether the service was really tailored for remote workflow needs as advertised. I also found the onboarding less informative than I hoped, with insufficient guidance which left me confused about using the dialer tools and database. You need to be more transparent and upfront about what’s included because I was definitely let down by the gap between promises and delivery.
