You kept the software updated fairly regularly, so improvements felt ongoing but never intrusive. Telephonic support was available and reasonably helpful when I needed advice during setup. My only real reservation concerns the database feature’s speed during peak hours, which could be improved. Still, the overall outcome is positive: I am able to manage remote work tasks better with this software than before.
