Maine jab software ka purchase kiya, mujhe laga ki sab kuch smoothly hoga. Lekin sab kuch ulta hi ho gaya. Customer support se baat karne par bhi koi clear guidance nahi mila. Mujhe solution nahi mila, sirf complications badh gayi. Poore process mein bas frustration hi raha.
