Jab main signup karne gayi thi, mujhe laga ki sab kuch clear hoga but yeh process bilkul smooth nahi tha. Sales wale log takleef dene wale the, baar-baar puchne par bhi proper explanation nahi mila. Training ka material bhi itna acha nahi tha, samajhna mushkil tha aur main frustrated ho gayi thi. Dialer ka interface confusing tha aur database se data fetch karne mein bahut time waste hua. Automatic updates se kuch bhi change nahi dekha maine, bas mera time barbaad hua. Support se baat karna ek alag challenge tha, response late milta tha. Overall confidence bilkul nahi bana, lag raha tha ki yeh product meri kaam ki cheez nahi hai.
