ye system bilkul theek nahi hai
I thought this software would help mera workflow improve karne ke liye but honestly it was frustrating daily. Jab se maine sign up kiya, call tools baar baar glitch karte the aur database updates ne toh aur bhi problems create kar di. Software slow ho jaata hai aur main kaafi baar support ko phone karti hoon but kisi tarah ka acha solution nahi mila. Training bhi confusing thi, bahut saare basic cheezen mujhe khud hi samajhni padi because it wasn’t explained clearly. Invoice milte toh thik tha, par payment process simple hone ke bawajood mujhe receipts karne mein time laga. Ye company ka customer care response bhi slow tha, and I felt it was not organized properly. Overall, main is software ko use karna bandh kar dungi agar kuch changes nahi aate. I don't think main is experience ko kisi friend ko recommend karungi kyunki itne din tak itni pareshani jhelna theek nahi tha.
