Yaar, software thoda slow aur repetitive tha
Honestly, the software had its ups and downs for me. The first thing I noticed was there was quite a bit of waiting when loading certain parts of the dashboard, especially the database feature. It made the kaam thoda frustrating because I time waste karta tha. However, once the system loaded, the calling tools and dialer worked smoothly with clear audio and quick response, which was impressive. On the signup side, that process was easy-peasy and there was no drama with payments or invoices. Main training sessions ke dauraan bhi thoda confusion thi about accessing some features, toh mujhe support ko bar bar call karna padha, jo sometimes helpful tha but kabhi kabhi slow reply deta tha. Overall, software kaafi effective hai, par thodi speed aur prompt support improve kar sakti thi for better experience. So, main kahunga ki use karna hai toh expect thoda patience rakhna padega sometimes, baki chizein theek-thaak thi.
