Wouldn't wish this frustration on anyone
Looking back at my experience with the support and communication from WFHI, I can only describe it as a cycle of repeated waiting and redundant explanations that really tested my patience. Whenever I called about a technical issue, I was asked to repeat the same details I had already provided, which felt like talking to a broken record. The waiting time on calls was often longer than expected, and the callbacks I was promised didn't always happen on time. Throughout the onboarding flow, I ran into repeated delays where I had to chase down information rather than having it readily available, which made it harder to get comfortable with the software tools. I tried to work through the dialer and database features despite the communication challenges, but the unresolved issues ended up slowing me down significantly. Even though automatic updates were supposed to help keep me current, I found the lack of clear, proactive communication about these changes frustrating. Sign-up and payment seemed straightforward at first, but when combined with the support delays, the overall experience felt inefficient. It’s been some time since I last used the system, but the lingering frustration remains when I think about the whole process.
