Wouldn’t try this support again, explanations unclear

I have explained my issues so many times now but the support team just doesn’t communicate clearly. Whenever I call, they repeat basic points without helping me understand the solutions. The automatic updates sometimes break things and no one explains why or how to fix. I waited on telephonic support more than once only to get vague answers that didn’t really help me move forward. Sign-up and invoicing were fine at first, but ongoing support has been exhausting. Honestly, I would not use this support again because the explanations are so poorly done it ended up wasting my time rather than solving problems. I hope future customers get better assistance but from my experience, clarity was definitely lacking everywhere.
