Wouldn’t suit anyone working odd hours
Honestly, the training and onboarding setup was a huge mismatch for my hours. I work mostly late at night, but the sessions and support availability were fixed in a day time window, which made it really hard to keep up. I tried explaining this multiple times, but it felt like no real adjustments were possible. The training material itself was okay, but without the ability to attend live calls or get immediate help when needed, progress was slow and frustrating. The onboarding emails and follow-ups followed a rigid schedule and didn’t cater to different time zones or individual routines. So if you're someone like me who works odd, non-standard hours, this setup won't help much. It’s probably okay for those with typical daytime schedules who can follow along in set slots, but for anyone needing flexibility, it’s a repeat of the same issues that I’ve voiced before. They should think about offering recorded options or more flexible timing, otherwise it’s just not practical. This lack of fit made the whole process tiring and difficult to complete.
