Wouldn't Recommend to a Friend
From the get-go, I found WFHI's support and communication to be really frustrating. The sign-up process itself was fine, and payments went through without many issues, but the real problem came when I tried to understand the labels and wording in the dashboard and training sessions. Many terms used were confusing or didn't seem to correspond to what I was expecting. For example, the calling tool had labels that felt inconsistent with what the training said, making it difficult to learn quickly. I reached out to telephonic support hoping for clarity, but the responses were vague or slow, which didn’t help my confusion. While I appreciate automated updates being pushed out, they added to the disorder because there was no clear explanation when features changed. I tried to stay patient and weigh the benefits against these problems, but honestly, the communication around what was happening felt muddled. Considering this was a paid service, I expected more straightforward, clear guidance. If I were to explain this to a friend, I'd tell them this is probably not the software to choose if they value simple wording and responsive support.
