My experience leading up to the purchase wasn't great. I felt that many of my questions went unanswered, which left me confused about what I was actually buying. The initial service was somewhat helpful, but I don’t think I would need to reach out for assistance next time. It just didn’t feel very user-friendly or supportive during the sales phase.
