Wouldn't recommend if you prefer simple, ongoing access
Honestly, the software felt pretty complicated from the start and I’m still figuring out what was one-off setup and what I have to keep doing every day. The initial onboarding took quite a while and included a lot of steps that I wasn’t sure I needed. It felt like a lot of effort for something that was supposed to be straightforward. After that, logging in is not always smooth and sometimes I have to troubleshoot just to get access. The database feature is powerful but maintaining it daily eats up too much time for me. I liked that the calling tools were decent when they worked, but in practice, I faced some lag and occasional disconnections during calls. I’m not sure if it’s my internet or the software itself. The training offered was okay but didn’t clear everything up because the setup instructions weren’t very clear on differentiating between the initial one-time tasks and ongoing work. If you are someone who wants to quickly get started without fuss and needs constant, easy access without repeated issues, this might not suit you well. On the plus side, the payment processing and invoicing seem reliable enough and I didn’t find billing confusing. So perhaps if you’re more patient with technology challenges and don’t mind this kind of upfront effort, it’s worth a look. For me though, it’s been a bit more frustrating than seamless because it’s not as plug-and-play as I hoped.
