Wouldn't recommend for everyone, more suited to seasoned users
I had quite a different expectation before purchasing the software from WorkFromHomeIndia. The onboarding flow seemed straightforward at first, and the database feature was somewhat useful for organizing contacts. However, once I started using the calling tools and dialer regularly, I found them clunky and unintuitive compared to what I was used to. The automatic updates, while frequent, often disrupted my workflow instead of improving it. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment process went without any major hiccups, which I will grant was efficient. Unfortunately, telephonic support felt impersonal and slow to respond. Overall, this software might work well for someone who is experienced with remote workflow tools and doesn’t mind some glitches, but I wouldn't recommend it to beginners looking for a smooth and easy setup. The training didn't help much in grasping the more complex features either, which was disappointing. My experience was more frustrating than productive, and I feel the product didn’t quite live up to the expectations set before purchase.
