Wouldn't do it again after the delay
I expected the software access setup to be fairly quick based on what others described, but it took much longer than I anticipated. Compared to other tools I've used before, this WFHI software setup felt slow and clunky. I waited days just to get initial access and the onboarding steps seemed to drag on without clear progress updates. It just didn't work smoothly for me, and I found myself constantly frustrated by the wait at every stage. Considering this experience, I don't think I'd sign up for their services again because the initial delay really put me off and wasted my time with little added value.
