Wouldn't choose to go through support again
Reflecting on my experience with the support and communication aspects of the software, I found myself frustrated at how difficult it was to locate helpful information when I initially needed it. The documentation was scattered or overly technical, making self-help a challenge. When I finally reached out to the support channels, the wait times were longer than expected, and I received generic responses that didn’t fully address my particular issues. The telephonic support was polite but often seemed scripted, lacking a personal touch. On a positive note, the automatic updates to the software worked reliably and helped improve some features I hadn't fully grasped during training. However, navigating those changes without clear communication was stressful. The sign-up and payment processes were fairly straightforward, so I had no major complaints there. It’s been several weeks now, and while the database and calling tools function properly, the ongoing challenge has been getting timely, tailored support. This experience makes me hesitant to rely on this system fully if future problems arise because I would prefer a more accessible, responsive support team that can provide clear solutions. Would I do it again knowing what I now know? Probably not without better guidance and support in place from the start.
