Wouldn’t choose this support again, too much hassle

I found the support system really frustrating and not what I expected at all. Most of the setup seemed to require a lot of back-and-forth calls and repeated explanations, which ate up a lot of my time. Moreover, the help wasn’t consistently reliable; sometimes I would have to follow up several times just to get a clear answer. There wasn’t much improvement after the initial setup; ongoing support remained slow and not very responsive. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to deal with this kind of experience again if I had to make another choice. It felt more like a constant uphill battle rather than helpful guidance, and that really put me off.
