Would use WFHI again, but only with some doubts
The sales and pre-purchase information gave me a decent idea of what to expect, so by the time I was signing up, I wasn't left guessing. The labels on the software made sense and navigation was straightforward enough to keep me engaged. Still, I can’t say the experience was thrilling — it was something I felt I had walked through many times before with similar products. Most questions got answered early, but there was a hint of uncertainty around a few features due to sparse explanations. I did my research, got what I needed, but felt slightly rushed to make a decision. The overall tone was professional but lacked warmth, which made the process somewhat transactional. For that reason alone, I might consider a smoother onboarding elsewhere if it exists. Yet, heading back to WFHI is more likely than not because the essentials are covered and it does meet a baseline of clarity and function. So I'd say yeah, I would do it again, though I won't sing its praises loudly.
