Would use support again despite minor frustrations
During my use of the software, a few issues arose that required contacting telephonic support. The support team was responsive and courteous, which I appreciated. They listened attentively and attempted to resolve my problem, although resolution took longer than expected. Occasionally, I had to repeat details as the call was transferred between agents, which was frustrating and could have been handled more efficiently. Despite this, the overall communication was professional and informative. I am inclined to use their support again if further issues occur since the agents were helpful and patient. This small hiccup in handling did not overshadow the positive attitude of the support staff during my experience.
