Would try it again but with low expectations this time
I was initially excited about signing up for the remote workflow solution but ran into some predictable hiccups that I've now come to expect. The software’s navigation felt clunky in places, especially when I tried to connect the database to the calling dialer tools. It took some time to understand which steps to follow and the explanations weren’t always clear. On top of that, when things did go wrong during the onboarding, I had to call support more than once. The support itself sounded alright but wasn’t really proactive until after I pushed a bit. Despite all this, I think I would try it again because some features worked reasonably well, and the overall software seems capable if you've got patience. I guess if you’re new to this kind of tech, be ready for some back-and-forth and don’t expect instant fixes. Payment and invoicing worked smoothly at least, so on that front, no issues. So yes, I'd go for it again, but with expectations that it might take a little troubleshooting.
