Compared to the training programs I'd gone through before, this one felt more streamlined and less cluttered with unnecessary info, which I appreciated. The onboarding flow guided me through signing up and using the core features like the dialer and database without overwhelming me, which was a pleasant surprise. That said, there was a moment where maybe the explanations about the automatic updates got a bit technical, and I had to pause and re-listen to fully grasp how those changes might affect my workflow. Still, the telephonic support was available to clear up any confusion quickly, which not all platforms offered. The invoicing and payment section was pretty straightforward and transparent, although I wish the initial access to some tools felt a bit more hands-on in the training itself. Overall, it's definitely better than several others I've encountered, and I’d recommend it, just with a heads up about the technical bits.
