would tell a mate it's mostly smooth after some days
Looking back after using WFHI’s training and onboarding over several weeks, I feel the day-to-day experience was mostly reliable and quite helpful. The initial sessions gave me a general framework, but it was really the daily use that revealed how well the training integrated with my workflow. At first, there was the usual adjustment period: navigating the dashboard and calling tools took some getting used to, and the explanations in training only covered immediate basics. However, once the routine settled, the automated updates kept the software improving without much fuss. The dialer, which is central to managing calls, functioned well though occasionally I noticed minor delays during peak hours, nothing that disrupted my overall work. What I especially appreciated was the ongoing priority assistance, which I reached out to a couple of times and found consistently responsive and informative. It’s not perfect—there were moments I wished for clearer documentation for advanced features—but overall the system and training worked together effectively enough that I feel confident moving forward. I would share with a friend that it’s a solid platform that grows on you rather than one you conquer immediately.
