Would tell a mate it’s confusing, needs work

The support system is okay in some ways but mostly confusing when it comes to the labels and wording. At first, I found the terminology used in the interface quite unclear. For example, some buttons were named in a way that didn’t quite explain what they actually do or what users should expect after clicking. This caused me to hesitate using new features, as I wasn’t confident about their functions. On the positive side, when I called the telephonic support, the person was fairly patient and tried to explain things, which I appreciated. However, the documentation on the website fell short of clarifying those ambiguous labels. It made the onboarding experience a bit frustrating, especially when I had to juggle between instructions and the actual software. I would say overall, it needs more intuitive design or at least clearer explanations. A small reservation I still have is whether future updates will tackle this wording issue or if it will just keep confusing users. I might continue to use the software but probably with caution and extra time upfront to understand actions better.
