would tell a friend it’s pretty straightforward
I went through the training and onboarding as someone fairly new to remote workflow software. The sessions covered everything from using the dialer to managing the database, and helped me understand the automatic updates that come with the software too. The trainers were clear and didn’t rush, so if I had been stuck I think I would have known how to ask for help again. Honestly, the onboarding flow made sense and didn’t leave me hanging at any step. Since I feel confident now, I expect next time if there’s additional training or updates, I’ll be able to handle things mostly on my own but won’t hesitate to reach out if needed. It’s a good balance because I didn’t feel overloaded with info but they still made sure all essentials were covered properly. I’d recommend this training setup to a friend looking for an easy way to get started with their remote work tools.
