Would tell a friend it’s mostly fine

The support system was helpful for the most part, though I did find myself repeating some information during calls. Waiting times were generally not too long which was good, but occasionally I had to hold for a bit longer than I would have preferred. Despite those small delays and some repetition in explaining my concerns, the staff remained patient and seemed genuinely interested in getting the issue sorted out. If I were sharing this with a friend, I’d say it’s a decent balance: not perfect but definitely reliable enough when you need assistance.
