Would tell a friend it just didn’t match my hours
Reflecting on my training and onboarding experience with WFHI, I can say it was not a good fit for my working hours. The scheduled sessions were often during times I wasn’t available, which made it hard for me to keep up or fully understand the materials. Since I couldn’t attend the live training, I tried to catch up later but found it difficult without real-time interaction. The pace of onboarding was also not tailored to part-time hours, so I frequently felt behind. Looking back, the process seemed designed for a more rigid schedule, and I struggled with that. Despite multiple attempts to adjust with support, the timing issue persisted. Overall, I would tell a friend that if their working hours aren’t flexible or full-time, this training option might not work well for them. It was frustrating since I wanted to benefit from the program but couldn’t due to the timing mismatch.
