Would suit those new to remote software but not advanced users
I had experience with other remote workflow platforms before, so when I encountered the WFHI onboarding and training, I couldn't help but compare. The initial sign-up process was straightforward, and I appreciated how the dashboard introduction was scheduled early in the training. However, when it came to the calling tools and the dialer, I found that the tutorials didn't cover some advanced features I was used to. The database feature demo was decent, but it felt slightly rushed. On the plus side, automatic updates happened smoothly without interrupting my use, which was a relief. Telephonic support during onboarding was available but sometimes slow to connect. Overall, for someone starting fresh with remote workflows, the training is probably sufficient. Still, for users like me who expect a detailed walkthrough of more nuanced functionalities, some parts felt lacking. So, I'd say it's best suited to beginners but might frustrate seasoned users looking for depth in training.
