Would suit those new to remote setups but not experts
The pre-purchase and sales process went quite well with helpful guidance to understand what the software and training would offer. The onboarding materials were explained clearly, which is handy if you’re just starting with remote workflows. I do think experienced users who already know their way around similar tools might find some parts basic or repetitive. I might need to call support again next time as some aspects of the dialer and database could use more detailed walkthroughs for advanced features. Despite that, the sign-up and payment steps were straightforward, and invoices came on time, which made planning simpler. My only hesitation is that the software sometimes updates automatically without much direct notification, so catching new features requires some attention. This could be less ideal if you prefer a lot of hands-on control. Overall, I found it helpful and would recommend it to those relatively new to remote work environments but expect a few follow-up questions if you need to delve deeper into the tools.
