Would suit those confident to figure things out
I was weighing the option of whether I’d need help again next time I use the WFHI software. The sales and pre-purchase guidance laid out the core features clearly, which helped me understand if it matched what I wanted. The onboarding flow was straightforward, but I did wish the dialing tools had a little more explanation up front. For someone with some experience setting up remote workflows, this will probably work well, since the interface didn’t feel overwhelming. However, for a complete beginner, there might be moments when they’d feel a bit lost or need to reach out. The invoicing and payment process was clear and hassle-free, which is a definite plus. Overall, I like the balance of comprehensive features and the occasional need for help, so I’d say it suits those who can troubleshoot by themselves to a reasonable degree but are okay with contacting support if needed. It might not be ideal for folks who prefer step-by-step handholding at every stage because some parts aren’t fully guided. But for me, the experience was solid, and I’d likely engage support again if a tricky feature arises.
