I expected the software to be a bit rocky at first since with most products like this there can be some clunkiness early on. From day to day, however, I noticed that the system became quite stable and the calling tools responded well. The dialer was efficient and the database feature aligned nicely with routines I was building throughout the weeks. The initial training and onboarding did provide a foundation, but I found that familiarity grew mainly through regular daily use rather than immediate comprehension. If you prefer to jump in and learn as you go with consistent practice every day, this software is great. However, I don’t think it’s the best fit for those who want quick initial mastery or need intensive hand-holding because some functions require deeper understanding over time. The invoicing and payment processes ran smoothly and predictably, which also helps maintain focus on the daily software usage.
