The explanations were straightforward, and the onboarding steps were clearly laid out from the start. While I did have to ask a few follow-up questions to clarify some details before signing up, the overall communication was timely and practical. The software features and training seemed to cover what I needed, and the invoicing was handled without any hiccups. Given this, if I had to go through it all again, I'd definitely do so without hesitation because the process delivered what I expected and didn't waste my time.
