Would probably reach out again for help at one point
The training and onboarding process was mostly self-explanatory, which was great because I could get started without too much delay. That one moment when I hit a snag using the dialer feature, the support was pretty quick to respond on the phone and helped me get through it. Otherwise, the automatic updates smoothly integrated without any hiccups, which I noticed but didn’t have to worry about. I think next time I onboard or try a new feature, I might need some assistance again, especially if the new tools get more complex. For the general flow, however, the training documents were comprehensive enough that I could proceed with minimal interruptions. Honestly, I’d recommend it to friends looking for a remote workflow solution but caution that having support handy would be wise just in case you bump into challenges like I did. It’s a solid process, just not perfectly hands-free all the way through.
