Would probably need help again next time, honestly
I tried using the software and everything that comes with it like the training and onboarding. The sign-up and payment processes were clear enough, which was a relief because I was worried it might get complicated. However, once I started actually using the software, I felt that I needed a lot of help to even keep things running smoothly. While there is support available, I don't think it's intuitive enough to leave me confident that I would be able to manage everything next time on my own. It is good to have assistance when you need it, but I found myself relying on support more than expected, which made me uncertain if I'd want to go through this process repeatedly without that kind of help. So, while the setup and invoicing are fine, the complexity means I’d probably want to reach out again if I sign up or upgrade next time. I guess if you're comfortable with needing occasional handholding it might be okay, but for someone wanting to be fully independent from the start, this might feel frustrating. Overall, I'd sum it up as "Works with help but not solo-friendly".
