Would not undergo this setup again
My experience with the support and communication was disappointing, especially regarding the setup process. I found that the initial setup required a lot of one-time effort, which was expected, but the ongoing communication felt insufficient. There were frequent moments where I had no direct assistance available, and this led to delays in getting my database and dialer configured properly. The training was not comprehensive enough to prepare me for the obstacles I faced later, and the automatic updates did not seem to address these issues effectively. Sign-up and invoicing were straightforward, but that did not compensate for the challenges I encountered afterward. Telephonic support was difficult to reach during critical times, which increased my frustration. Given the level of time and energy this demanded, I would not choose to repeat this with WFHI. The setup was too cumbersome without consistent support throughout. I believe the product might suit others better, but for my situation, it did not meet expectations, making me reluctant to engage with it again for future workflows.
