Would not try support again due to lack of real solutions

I faced some serious issues during the setup phase where the calling dialer kept disconnecting randomly. I contacted the telephonic support expecting a fix or at least some workaround. Unfortunately, the response was slow and did not resolve the problem effectively. Each time I called, I ended up explaining the situation again and waiting for escalation that never materialized. This repetitive back and forth wasted my time and did not solve anything. Despite several attempts, the issue persisted throughout and because of that, I would hesitate to rely on their support team again for crucial problems.
