Would not try again due to poor ongoing support
I regret having chosen this software due to the lack of consistent support during setup and beyond. Initially, the setup was complicated but I was hopeful with the telephonic support offered. Unfortunately, the assistance appeared to be mostly one-off help rather than ongoing guidance. Each time I encountered difficulties, the support staff treated it as a new issue without continuity, which was quite frustrating. This inconsistency meant I often had to repeat my problem multiple times, leading to further delays in using the software effectively. The initial sign-up and payment were straightforward, but that did not compensate for the inadequate support. I would advise potential users to carefully consider the level of continuous assistance they may need before purchasing. Because of this experience, I am hesitant to engage with the software again, as its value is limited without reliable support to help adapt to remote workflow tools effectively.
