I went into this with hope but by the end I wasn’t feeling confident at all. The sales and pre-purchase explanations were vague in places and I found myself confused about how exactly the software worked and what was included. The sign-up process didn’t clarify some important points clearly, which made me hesitant. For someone who prefers clear, straightforward terms and labels before committing, this would probably not be a good fit. I kept going back and forth on whether to continue or not because the messaging was inconsistent and I felt like I had to guess a lot. It’s frustrating when you want to be sure about steps and details upfront, but here it was quite unclear and left me doubting everything.
